Our Vision
Gosforth CE School provides a safe learning environment where all children can develop self-confidence and resilience as they explore their own individual talents and interests. The school encourages an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith whilst promoting Christian values through the experience it offers to all its pupils.
Our school ethos is based around core Christian values and our main aim is to provide high achievement and learning with life ethic. Such an aim is realised by:
- Developing each child intellectually, spiritually, morally and socially
- Enabling pupils to reach their potential
- Fostering tolerance, cooperation and respect for each other
- Developing the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Building up self-esteem and self-respect for themselves, for other children, adults and colleagues

- Fostering links with the church and other community groups in our area
